What is The Red Raider Athletic Performance Summer Camp? It is a weight and speed development program sponsored by the Athletic Staff. This program is designed to increase your speed, strength, agility and flexibility that involves weight training, form running, agility, plyometrics, aerobics and flexibility training. Your athlete can and should expect improvement in each of these areas and in overall conditioning.
JUNE 4th - AUGUST 3rd
Monday-Thursday (Friday Make-up/Free lift)
*High School Boys (9-12) 6:30 am - 8:00 am
*High School/Middle School Girls 8:00 am- 9:00 am
*Middle School Boys (6-8) 9:00 am - 10:30 am
*** Sessions will be held each week Starting June 4th and ending Aug 3rd except for the following dates:
(July 4th, July 16th – July 20th). Who can attend? Any Athlete, male or female, 6th grade and up who wants to improve their physical abilities through hard work and dedication while having fun may attend.
